The Illinois State Dental Society is committed to protecting the privacy of our members. Your email address will be used for ADA, ISDS, and Component along with a limited number of endorsed vendors based on Illinois Dental News advertising contracts and certain level sponsorships at our Annual Meeting.
When you register for events, order products, and make requests for information, the types of information collected include name, address, email address, phone number, credit card information, etc. We use the information you provide to complete the transaction and it is not sold to outside entities. All financial data submitted via online forms is kept strictly confidential.
We may collect your cell phone number directly from you when you sign up for one of our text alert platforms. This would include a name, address and phone number. This information will be used to alert members of ISDS and ISDS Foundation news, alerts and information. Once you sign up for one of our text platforms, we may transform this data to another text platform, which will be used in the same manner.
