Description: Life-threatening emergencies can occur any time, anywhere and to anyone. These situations are more likely to occur within the confines of the dental office due to the increased levels of stress which is often present. In this course the speaker will discuss areas which are vital to a proper understanding of emergency medicine: prevention, preparation, recognition and management. Included will be a discussion of preparedness and a thorough review of the office emergency kit. This course is designed for all members of the dental office staff.
- BLS CPR course for Healthcare Professionals includes adult and pediatric CPR, foreign airway obstruction and use of AED’s. Upon completing this course participants will receive a CPR Card.
