If you have not ever been a member or there has been a lapse in your membership, complete the Online Membership Application. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
Annual membership dues should be remitted in full by January 1 or through the Society’s monthly installment payment plan. If dues have not been paid in full or an installment payment plan has not been established, members will discontinue receiving tripartite membership benefits as of March 31.

Payment Options
Your membership dues can be paid by check (payable to ISDS) or major credit card. For your convenience, and in an effort to ease the payment of tripartite member dues, the Illinois State Dental Society offers you a 12-month Installment Payment Plan, which runs January through December.
ISDS also offers the ability for members to opt into auto-renewal of membership dues in future years, simplifying the dues payment process and saving members’ time. The auto-renew program allows the option of a once-per-year payment or a 12-month payment plan that will process continuously from year to year until a member asks the auto-renew/payment to stop.
There is no additional fee to pay your dues through the Installment Payment Plan or the auto-renew program. If you would like to enroll in the installment program and/or auto-renewal program, you need to agree to the terms by clicking here. Dues will be deducted automatically from the member’s preferred credit card on the 15th of the month starting in January, with the final installment on December 15th. If paying over fewer than 12 months, your first installment will reflect a sum of January through the current month, with all subsequent payments being divided into equal amounts.
Credit Card
MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover credit cards are accepted by ISDS. All debit card transactions will process as a credit card payment because a pin number is not available. Dues can be paid in one total sum or 12 equal monthly payments through the Installment Payment Plan, and either of these two options can be enrolled in the auto renew program. Credit card installment payments will be processed on the 15th of each month, and auto renew one-time payments will be processed on January 16th. Pay now by credit card by clicking here.
