All Kids Program
The state of Illinois offers Illinois’ uninsured children with a dental
program for its eligible recipients. The Illinois
Department of Healthcare and Family Services (HFS) describes who is eligible
for the program and what services are offered.
You may also contact HFS about this program by calling 866/All-Kids (866/255-5437).
The All Kids dental program is administered by DentaQuest. Participants
should contact DentaQuest at 888/286-2447 to obtain a referral to a dentist that
participates in the dental program.
