All Kids Program

The state of Illinois offers Illinois’ uninsured children with a dental program for its eligible recipients. The Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services (HFS) describes who is eligible for the program and what services are offered.

The All Kids dental program is administered by Doral Dental Services. Participants should contact Doral at 888/286-2447 to obtain a referral to a dentist that participates in the dental program.
