Membership Categories

The Illinois State Dental Society's categories of membership are designed in accordance with the ISDS bylaws. ISDS members are classified into the following categories:

• Active
• Life
• Retired
• Retired Life
• Provisional
• Associate
• Student
• New Graduate

Dues Waivers

Suffering a hardship, practicing part-time, taking a maternity leave? You might be eligible for a dues waiver.

Payment Options

You have four convenient options for paying you annual dues, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover or check. You will receive a dues statement at the beginning of November and the deadline to pay membership dues is January 1. The fastest and easiest way to pay dues is on-line. If you wish to pay by credit card over the phone, please contact ISDS at 800/475-4737.

Illinois State Dental Society also offers a pre-payment option. Every spring, members can sign up to pre-pay the following years dues in six monthly payments starting in June.
