Sourcebook & Directory of Members

The Sourcebook and Directory of Members is published annually to provide names, addresses, telephone numbers and other useful information for members. In addition, the Sourcebook includes information on member benefits, how to contact state agencies, important provisions of the Illinois Dental Practice Act, committee functions, officer listings, staff responsibilities, and a schedule of continuing education programs. The Sourcebook now contains e-mail addresses and websites to enable our members to communicate electronically. There are also opportunities to advertise in the Sourcebook.
