Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services

The Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services (HFS), formerly the Illinois Department of Public Aid, provides the All Kids dental program. The dental program is administered by DentaQuest. Dentists that wish to provide services to this population must sign participation agreements with HFS and Dentaquest. Dentists wishing to obtain documents to participate in the program may contact Healthcare and Family Services at http://www.hfs.illinois.gov/.

Patients may contact DentaQuest at 888/286-2447 to obtain a referral to a participating dentist in their area.
