Required Employment Posters

There are statutes and regulations enforced by agencies within the Illinois Department of Labor and the U.S. Department of Labor that require notices to be posted in the workplace.

The Illinois Department of Labor Fair Labor Standards Division offers state poster information regarding Notice to Employers & Employees, Worker’s Compensation, Notice to Workers about Unemployment Insurance Benefits, and Emergency Care for Choking.

The U.S. Department of Labor provides electronic copies of federal required posters. Some of the Department of Labor’s posters are available in languages other than English.
