Licenses and Permits

Certain licenses are required to practice dentistry and dental hygiene in Illinois. There are additional licenses needed in order to prescribe medications for a patient. Furthermore, if a dentist wishes to provide various anesthesia related services, specific permits are required from the Illinois Department of P rofessional Regulation.
